As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate, I believe that you are more than just your challenges! You know YOU better than anyone else! I believe that you have the capacity to create the person and life that you want, and it is my honor to accompany you on that journey.

Additionally, I have experience working with military members retiring from Active-Duty service, transitioning into civilian life.

I am most skilled at addressing the following challenges:

  • Life Transitions/Adjustment Disorders
  • Self-Esteem/Self-worth challenges

What populations do I work with?

I work remotely via telehealth, with adults and elderly populations.

What is my approach to healing?

My practice is based on my belief in your strength as an individual. I utilize a person-centered, individualized approach in our working relationship, allowing you to feel empowered and supported as we work together to create positive changes in your life.

I utilize strength and evidenced-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MCBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to therapeutically help you create the life you want to live and become the person you want to be.
