Get to know me:

I am a Washington State Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. I graduated from Eastern Washington University with my Master of Social Work in 2007. I have many years of experience working with many different areas of social work. I believe that each person is unique and has a valid perspective. I enjoy working with people as they learn and grow, change their lives and relationships in positive ways, and create possibilities for a deeply fulfilling life.

What struggles am I most skilled at addressing as a mental health professional?

I have experience working with people experiencing gender identity questions, LGBTQ+ folx, depression/anxiety, trauma, complex PTSD, aging and dying processes, grief, and life transitions.

What populations do I work with?

I work with adults ages 19 years and above.

What is my approach to healing?

I am an EMDR trained therapist. I also use mindfulness, guided meditations/visualization, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other techniques.
