Get to know me:
As a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, I work from a holistic perspective that emphasizes the interconnection between our dimensions of self, including the spiritual, emotional, and physical. I believe that we all have the power to heal ourselves, although at times, we may need assistance. As a counselor, I collaborate with clients in identifying where they would like to go and support them in creating a plan and taking the steps to get there. This process includes the use of various therapeutic tools, such as creativity and critical analysis, to facilitate the exploration and discovery of one’s authentic self, while harnessing the inner healer to promote transformation, growth, and thriving. Through our work together, I hope you will feel empowered in your life and a sense of belonging in this world. I work with folks age 11 and up; whether you are experiencing the repercussions of trauma, navigating identity, needing assistance with balancing mood and resolving anxieties, or establishing a sense of meaning in life, it would be a privilege to serve as a resource and companion in your journey.
